About Me

for a catterpillar to grow wings and metamorphosis to the butterfly form, it will first enter the cysallis phase. where upon it starts it's journey....of complete breakdown; a dismantling of it's form. it turns itself to complete mush while in the cocoon. then when it's good and ready, it will start to rebuild itself....from the begining.....it reconfigures itself into the new and improved butterfly form...........i know...i know, not exactly the path of least resistance, i thought they just sprouted wings too.....i do feel better though, knowing that something that conected to spirit also takes the long way home.....cause right, sometimes it is about the journey and not just the destination.....ah well yeah, that and i read a lot.

My Interests

GRATITUDE, music, food, films, photoghraphy, anthroposophy, soon to be 4th graders, capoeira, 68 chevy impalas, hot tubs, pesto, BALANCE, baby brothers that make me laugh, yoga, hot springs, tattoos, the color of a backlit wave, farmers markets, INSPIRATION, thrift stores, record shops, INTEGRITY INTEGRITY INTEGRITY! the nostalgic scent of vw's pre 70, making my own medicines, CLARITY, sissors, glue, and paint, baby crows, friends, dancing till my clothes are sweat soaked, road trips, kareoke, books books books, creating spaces,laughing, PLEASURE, BLISS, smiling, LOVE...........what I'm not hedonistic.

I'd like to meet:

Rudolph Steiner, and ask him his thoughs on the sunset and twins separated in utero .....I'd like to meet the lizard in Park Guell .......I'd like to meet Frida over tequilla and cigars. I wanna talk shop with Werner Herzog. I wanna pick peaches with Georgia O'Keefe. I wanna get matching tattoos with Hokusai....I mean if he's into that kinda thing.

= life....... typing every band and genre does not.

yes. especially those made by david lynch, wes anderson quentin tarentino....amoung lots of others that i can't remember just now

i miss my writting ... my poetry & prose ... sometimes it flows and sometimes i have to push and pull it out ... lacey articulations jagged expressions pens with ... dried up ink stumbly...

I worked on my book today, I reorganized and finished 2 pages. Earlier in the back yard snow lounge I watched the moon rise....stunning. I don't wanna come inside tonite. The moon is big & bright. ...
