still sore |
So I'm still sore as hell in my upper legs from the stretching queen kenpo instructor. I'm even walking funny. I thought my lesson last night would loosen up the legs and make them less sore but NO....

My legs are killing me. One of my Kenpo (it's a martial art) instructors is nicknamed the Queen of Stretching. Last night we did A LOT of warm up exercises and about 3 streching exercises. My legs ...
