About Me

My name INFAMIS is just an expression of my individuality, and me wanting to be different in a game where rap artist are now starting to look and sound the same. INFAMIS represents my uniqueness not only with Mcing and producing, but also my life style and swag. As a MC what sets me a apart is how I perceive things whether it be current events or problems going on in my community today my rhymes are always based upon these issues. I have been producing and Mcing for five years. I first got my start producing when I stumbled across an after school program at my high school, they were teaching kids how to use music production software, and it immediately interested me. After playing around with the program awhile I became hooked. It was like making music was my paintbrush my work of art that I could show to the world. So after the program was over and high school was done I further pursued music through college. At a very young age I started writing, but I really could not call it rhyming. It was more like poetry. Writing was my way of clearing out alot of my frustrations, Growing up in East Oakland I seen alot and most of it is what drives my rhymes today. From the violence, the drugs, Teen pregnancy and the highest drop out rate in the district, I myself can say I rose above that, but in all that negative stuff I feel that my rhymes are also postive. Cause Growing up in Oakland wasnt all negative. As a MC I take the time to look at the situations from both angles to give you critically thought out rhymes. I feel there is so much more to rhyming and im here to give it to the world. I give you very lyrical rhymes and put them over one of a kind tracks. Produced by me. I am a story teller and lyricist who rhymes are hood influenced not gangster, but likes to also touch on subjects that are not being touched on in the rap game today.THE MOTTO "DO YOU AND THEY WILL RESPECT IT" if not oh well at the end of the day im still INFAMIS ..
