About Me

After finishing my PhD last summer, i worked for a few months to save up for a ten month backpacking trip around Asia. I've spent the last four months in Nepal, where i worked in an orphanage in Kathmandu for three months. It's an amazing place, the locals are really friendly, helpful and not at all pushy like in India :-) Last month i spent three weeks trekking in the Himalayas, and i've got 3 more weeks in Nepal before my visa runs out, forcing me to go back to India. I don't want to leave Nepal!!!

If there was any such thing as justice in this world i'd be marrying the world's most wonderful young lady, the angelic Libby Potter! (phhwoaaaaar, ting ting!!!)

...but alas there is not, though i'd settle for lovely Lauren Laverne...

or having greasy bacon sandwiches fed to me ad infinitum by Pitty 's mum. oooooh yeeeaaaah.
