Donneer "Moe" Missouri was no ordinary man. To me, he was Superman. My childhood is filled with fond memories of him pimp-strollin' up the block to see Nana, Ma and I. I'd usually be out of breath by the time I ran up on him from running out the crib, down seven flights, and halfway around the PJs. I can't recall the 1st time Moe whooped me, but my momma told me he did, once. I can however recall a saying that goes, "A hard head makes a soft ass". Well, my head is hard, but my ass definitely ain't soft. I'm a Capricorn. We're stubborn! One thing I'm sure of is my parents love. I now wear their love like a warm winter coat. It embraces me as it has many.
As long as Moe's Soul is around, his soul is around. I feel him right here (right fist on left pectoral) every day.
