Artist's Statement
My two main means of expression are painting and lithography. The paintings are mainly geared towards the representation of emotions. In abstract as well as in figurative form, a dialog takes place between the colours, textures and I. As the work progresses, the piece evolves towards an unexpected end. Whereas in lithography,the work is more driven and directed towards the expression of one subject. The subject, still dealing with emotion, concentrates on Vitiligo, the skin disorder that has affected my life.
Someone who appreciates my eccentricities... and I have met him... DJ The Saint!
