I consider myself to be a visionary. I'm always thinking about "what's next." I'm always observing, evaluating, and exploring ways to take what we know and what we've experienced and make it bigger and better. I do not tolerate mediocrity. I've never been accused of being complacent. I surround myself with good people with similar core values, and people who generally "play big." A good friend of mine described me once as the kind of guy that "when I going fishing for Moby Dick, I always take my tartar sauce." In other words, I very seldom accept the word "no" and really have a hard time recognizing limitations.
I have a list (both alive and deceased) : Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Frank Sinatra, the Dalai Lama, Mother Theresa, Paul McCartney, Ralph Lauren, Donny Deutsch, Bob Fosse, Ben Vereen, Twila Tharp, Savion Glover, Gregory Hines, Jimmy Slyde, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, Danny Daniels, Alvin Ailey, Judith Jamison, Martha Graham, George Balanchine, Hinton Battle, Andre Agassi, Jack Welch, Tony Robbins, Giorgio Armani, P Diddy, Jay-Z, Suze Orman, Dave Ramsay, Glenn Beck, Eric Clapton, Larry David, Jeremy Piven, Meg Whitman, Rudy Guliani, Michael Bloomberg, Bill Clinton, Authur Ashe, Jack Nicholson, Tiger Woods, Warren Buffet, Bill & Melinda Gates, and others.
Just about anything and everything. However, given that in the competition business a lot of songs get repeated over and over again, I have black list of songs that I feel should be retired and never resurfaced. I've even toyed with the idea of factoring in an automatic 5 point deduction for any song that appears on my black list that is used at one of my shows. LOL! I don't think I'd get away with it, but I would just really encourage anyone reading this to strive to be original in your music selection if you plan on competing at one of my shows!
Has to be clever, witty, or completely retarded. Thank God for Netflix.
I don't have anything that I watch regularly. But I am in the process of acquiring all the seasons of Entourage and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I've read just about everything Trump has written. I love the way he writes. Some of his core philosophies are contradictory to mine, but I like him for the most part. for example in business, he's adimate about getting revenge when you're wronged. I personally believe if you leave yourself leave yourself open or vulnerable, you're ultimately responsible. Unfortunately, the world is pretty cut throat and way more people are looking forward to seeing you fail than see you succeed. Bear that in mind and plan accordingly.
There's a little "hero" in everyone...some individuals are simply more connected to the "hero within" than others. I suppose my heroes are the "doers" in the world...people who embrace their inner-hero and subsequently act, create, and contribute accordingly.
