~ Miss Mandy ~

I am a proud mother of three – 2 girls and a boy. Tyler is 12, Hailey is 3, and Morgan is 7. They are my life. Having watched each one go from infant, to toddler, to big girl/boy has been simply amazing and beautiful. They each have their own personality, and have given me so much to be proud of and thankful for. I love being a mother and would not change it for the world. They are my number 1 priority, and I am so glad God has given them to me! I have also been blessed with an amazing man, my now fiance. He came into my life by surprise and never ceases to amaze me even more today than yesterday. My kids love him, and he treats them as if they were his own, taking up a lot of time with them. He is the fairy tale every girl dreams about, and has given me reason to believe they are real, and that true love does exist. There are so many things about him that separates him from my past relationships, and for once in my life I feel my heart, my kids hearts – are safe with him. He has a huge love for his family and puts 110 % into everything he does. He loves the simple things in life, and always sees the good in people no matter what. He is my sunshine, and my best friend. He has made such a positive impact on my life, and I feel so fortunate he wants to spend his life with us. Most importantly – he loves me for me. Even on my bad days, he wouldn’t change a thing. I thank God for him and look forward to my new life with him and my kids. Onto me. Well – I am “me.” What you see is what you get. You either like me, or you don’t! I love my friends and family, and there isn’t a thing I wouldn’t do for anyone. I’m loyal, I’m honest, and I expect the same in return. I can be a sarcastic. I am very blunt and sometimes say things before I think. Many words are un-intentional and not meant to hurt feelings. I am sensitive myself. Very tender-hearted, making my feelings get hurt easily too. I’m stubborn, and have been called negative, and while I hate to be labeled as that – many days that is true. I have been through so much in my life, especially within the last few years that I have found it hard to find the good in anything. Things have really started to turn around for me and my kids, and I am finding the more positive things to be thankful for. Slowly but surely, I’m working on forgetting the past and looking more to my future. I have questioned God over these last few years, looking for so many answers, and have now come to realize that maybe we aren’t supposed to have the answers. Things really do happen for a reason, and God has a will for everything! I love and thank each and every one of you that has been a friend to me. Many have stuck by my side over the years through thick and thin, always listening no matter what the case! I would like to think I have learned from my mistakes, and there are always more lessons to be learned. I am a lot happier today than where I was a few years ago and looking back – I thank God for unanswered prayers. Thank you all for being in my life. Friends are so important, yet so many go separate ways and lose touch. None of us are promised tomorrow, and I hope everyone lives today as it could be your last.
