About Me

Edot, "Yorkville's Biggest Secret", has been relentlessly producing Hip-Hop and RnB tracks for over four years. Influences: Kanye West: Chi'-Town's greatest, has influenced the way in which I use my samples. Through his work, he has shown me to use samples to invoke a certain feeling.Dr Dre: His beats have always impressed me. When making beats, im usually thinking, "What would Dre do"?Jus Blaze: Jus hearing his work over the years, has made me pay attention to his style of sampling (which is one of a kind) and try to incorporate it into my own work that needs that sort of "fire" he has in his beats.Swizz Beatz: Taught me that anything goes. Even a few sounds placed jus right over knockin drums, can turn into a classic.
Sounds Like: Dre fused with Swizz Beats
Record Label: Unknown Indie
Type of Label: Indie
