About Me

Born. Some stuff happened. Got caught in the rain when the weather broke Summer 1976, I've never forgiven the Sun, he should have never taken his hat off that day. Went to some schools, I was quiet and studious but realised early on that anyone can be an educated fool, from an uneducated school. Left - bye school fools! Started to work. Anywhere, anything, everywhere - apart from the following, which I have never done: Mannequin dresser for M&S Lingerie Department (which is a shame!) Taught myself guitar. Had a great time, partying '88/'89/'90/'91 and so on...Acid House is what you need....what year is this anyway?Switch. I perform Stand Up and co-run a nice comedy club in Aberdeen called Breakneck Comedy @ The Blue Lamp, which is a well respected jazz venue and THE best room for comedy in the entire NE of Scotland. We're starting to get really good feedback because we treat punters and performers alike with honesty and integrity, we're never underhand and we'll never put profit first. I'm getting better as a comic and writing constantly and looking forward to my first Fringe this year and meeting and connecting with other performers... .. ..Switch. Also in a band, have pulled off some decent support slots in my time - I like pulling extreme guitar faces as we release all that raw energy, make genres collide and go crashing through those ethereal barriers, like what they do in NME reviews. I make Electronic music, for the feet, for the head - and sometimes both. But not at the same time, safety first kids.I ride classic Lambretta scooters. I like vintage guitars and amps. I'm into films, music, books and art. There are things known, and things unknown - and inbetween are the Doris' on Reception..... pounds shillings and pence taught me everything I needed to know - thank you - don't be scared of your own reality ;)
