Let's see, I spend lots of time outside in the yard. I didn't like it as a kid but now I just love weeding and stuff. Construction projects are always fun although it is hard work and you get all sweaty. Of course, driving a forklift will always be on the list. Fishing would be great if I ever had time to do it. I think I forget how already! I love to love on my family and let them know how special they are and how much God loves them. Curling up with a book is good especially on a rainy day although I'm a lot more picky about what I read now. Oh and I love bowling with Uncle Andrew.

The song that keeps me going most times is "Love Them Like Jesus" by Casting Crowns. It can be difficult sometimes but that's what we're called to do.One of my favorite songs is by Brandon Heath "I'm not who I was" because it is a song of forgiveness and it applies to me because I'm definitely not who I was. I don't get to see the movies very often but once in a while I will go with my daughter. Just so you know, Horton Hears a Who was the bomb!

Television:
I try not to watch too much tv. There is so much junk on it these days. I always think about what I am feeding my soul. Noticed that the more I watch tv and fill myself with the world, the harder it is to get close to the Lord. It's not always easy to watch an action show or murder mystery and then get on your knees for a good heart to heart with the Lord, is it? Unless I'm watching an occasional show with my parents, I pretty much leave the tv alone. Of course, I could always watch Mei's Barbie Princess DVDs. =)

I read the Bible every day in order to do my RICE journaling. Monday nights are Library nights with Mei. Started to pick up the classics, Inspirational, and Biographies of people with faith. I like Chicken Soup for Christians too.

Heroes:
Jesus, of course. There is no one greater than Him. I owe Him my life. He saved me from depression, anxiety, a broken heart and a wounded spirit. I was a mess and hurting everyone around me. I was hurting and once I let Him in my heart, He healed me. He forgave me and allowed me to forgive others and especially myself. I thank God every day that I am not the same person I used to be. Honestly, I have never been happier in my life. Praise God! He is real and so are His miracles.
