About Me

R.I.S.E. Stands for Realize Infinite Spirit (as your) EssenceR.I.S.E. is the call to Realize Infinite Spirit as your Essence in every moment of everyday. This remembrance allows one to know their Truth and their power to co-create their reality in this world.
The 40 Day Plan is a group support program that assists participants as they fulfill their commitment to a regiment of yoga and meditation over a 40 day period. Participants, go through the "Six Points of Consciousness Plan" each day, utilizing techniques in yoga and meditation to bring them to an empowering space at their center, where infinite possibilities unfold. This is a specialized program centered around achieving set goals, overcoming life obstacles, and developing a consistent daily yoga and meditation practice. This program requires serious commitment, focus, and sacrifice. In The R.I.S.E. 40 Day Plan, participants are called to go beyond their comfort zone into that unknown space that the ego usually protects them from. The ego is like an over protective parent. The soul is the will that is connected to Spirit. This is the part of us that wants to be free, without the constraints of the ego. As one embraces discomfort in service to the soul, the realm of greatness opens up, and all things are possible from this space.
