About Me

Hey, I'm William George in Boston. Nice to meet you. There's more to life than work, but mine takes up most of my time. 12 years ago, I invested in a hair salon thinking that I'd get back to working in real estate or interior design after it got off the ground. But I found that I enjoyed managing people and marketing the business, so I stuck with it. Now I own 3 salons, James Joseph Salon and James Joseph Studio on Newbury Street and the new James Joseph Studio in Wellington Circle, Medford. I now have over 90 employees with a product line on the way. We've won a lot of awards and been in a lot of magazines and on television. We've even been used as a set for Kate Hudson's new movie "Bride Wars." It's been a bumpy ride but well worth it. It's not your typical salon, and it's given me opportunities to meet a lot interesting people. Check it out at www.jamesjosephsalon.comI love to travel and would like to make friends to meet around the country or around the world.
