I write to make a living and take photographs for my own petty amusement. I live in Seattle and consider Las Vegas my hometown ... though I was actually born in North New Jersey and raised in Southern California. I read, I drink coffee, I do things. And like you, savage reader, I appreciate the things that make this nation strong: stiff drinks, greasy cheeseburgers, new indie bands that sound like old new wave bands, t-shirts too hip to actually wear, movies in which things explode, books by the cynical McSweeney's crowd, happy hours, fountain pens, all-natural smut, Disneyland, Crate & Barrel, denial denial denial.
