Well, based on outward appearances I’m an average gay guy in Dallas Texas. I moved here in October/1998 to break away from Mathis, Texas (gay pop. 7) and its inhabitants. I've never denied who I was, even though there wasn't many others like me growing up. So when I relocated to Dallas I was shocked by all the gays.
I have a great collection of friends and acquaintances. Ranging from Softball, Organizations that I have been a part of, Myspace and Coworkers from past jobs. I don't judge people on where they come from, but I am opinionated as to which direction they are headed. I don't force my opinions onto people I just offer suggestions or different perspectives on situations.
Work wise; I've worked in the Hospitality Industry for several years.
My current love is my Softball team, the "Buli Boys". We had 2 very successful season, taking in awards for several tournaments and some individuals have been acknowledged for outstanding performances by being place on the 2006/2007 All Star Team. In my opinion, we are strong because of our Coach. He is consistent in our practices by focusing on the fundamentals of softball, reminding us that we are like-minded in our goals and encourages us to challenge ourselves on the fields.
We've acquired 7 1st place trophies and 1 2nd place trophy. Placing 1st for the PSSA D Division year, Competing in tournaments in Dallas, Austin, Phx, Az. We've also been featured in the first issue of "Sports Out Loud"; a gay sports magazine based out of Phoenix, AZ. We represented our Division for Dallas PSSA at the Gay Softball World Series in October. We played very well and did not place.
