Liquid Sound Productions

Wassup everybody!!! Liquid Sound Productions LLC is a recording studio/media production company based on the island Maui of the Hawaiian Islands and run by me,Zak Dylan Wass .
The name “Liquid Sound” is a multi-faceted symbol that represents ideas such as sonic waves resonating from an island surrounded by liquid, the liquid-like blending of many different sounds to create something new, or sounds created from human life forms that were created as a result of liquid. Like the movement of liquid, the music that LSP produces is not predictable or orderly, but takes many forms and is always adapting and changing to it's surroundings.
Liquid Sound Productions produces music albums and musical performances, and promotes various groups that I am a part of. LSP also produces visual artwork including photography and graphic designs. I am a guitar player/singer and songwriter who likes to experiment with different instruments and many different styles of music. I also am interested in photography and design. In high school my friends and I had a band called the Bongo Capitals, and we played a mix of original reggae and rock songs as well as covers of popular songs. During community college in Maui I performed with venezuelan singer/songwriterJoan Cerqueiro ,jazz pianist Mark Johnstone, and salsa bandDr. Nat y Rio Ritmo . I also performed with my high school friend, singer and American Idol finalistCamile Velasco .
In the last couple years I have been involved in theHomeskillet Festival in Sitka, Alaska, put on byHomeskillet Records .I have played alongside Alaskan groups Silver Jackson ,andLittle Stones Father .
