Charismatic and commanding on the microphone, Jo Well got his start in music when he arrived on the scene with his group The Antidotes. During the past several years he has performed on countless stages and opened for a barrage of high-profile acts, gaining respect and experience that comes through in his energetic live shows. Jo Well has undoubtedly made his mark along with the rest of the Los Angeles hip hop emergence as the next step for Hip Hop, and is in the process of making his music heard globally. Jo Well has already begun to make that worldwide mark, seeing as songs off The Antidotes’ LP “L.A. Lights†hit the iTunes charts in Japan, going as high as number 6. Before obtaining such success, the aspiring group released two EP's which gained Jo Well and the Antidotes accruing recognition and respect with their contemporaries. Currently, Jo Well is soon to be releasing his first solo LP in Japan. His recent collaboration with DJ DviousMindZ ,with the EP “Nickel & Diming†was featured on some of the most respected and credible hip hop blogs (2dopeboyz, XclusivesZone, MixtapeTorrent, etc.), and Jo Well’s music continues to be featured frequently. Continuing with such success, he is currently teaming up with Taboo of the multi-platinum group the Black Eyed Peas, to collaborate on some songs. Jo Well has also upgraded his live show by incorporating a live band to his already impressive stage presence. It is clear to see that this Los Angeles native was naturally destined to bring his music to the masses.
