I was born and raised in that pit of despair Salt Lake City. In 1997 after listening to the Pet Shop Boys version of Go West one too many times I packed up my shit and moved to the shining glimmering promised land of San Francisco. I moved to get away from the hordes of unruly children and their equally unruly and deeply conservative parents who run amok in the streets of Salt Lake, and came to live in the Gay Mecca. I love San Francisco and everything it has to offer, especially the freedom to become my most authentic self.
That self is an HIV+ hard core homo graphic designer. I currently work as the Director of Marketing for Steamworks, a chain of men's only gym/saunas where Gay men go to "recreate". If you're making out in public and someone tells you to get a room - well come on down to Steamworks.
I live on Dolores Park in the Castro district in San Francisco. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in an astoundingly beautiful city.
