I- have been called many things in my time, but never talentless. I have never been accused of being without passion and commitment.

Shlepp is about hard work, that's what it means. I don't care whether you love me or hate me. Just don't disrespect. Whatever people say of think of me they cannot deny or decry what I produce and what is created at Shlepp cause we have juice and I got mad skills. I can hear some of you thinking Self praise is no praise, but who cares what you think I don't. The artists, music, videos and content speak for themselves. I am not praising myself, I'm just telling it like it is and for all my posturing I'm humble on the rumble.

Shlepp was born out of my frustration with the music industry. As an artist I was used and abused. When you have talent, most people who come around you just want to take it, or see if some of what you got will rub of on them. My story aint new, so I wont bore you with it. Needless to say I wised up.

At Shlepp we have been through some hard times, and tough times are still ahead. Artist come and go like a rash, but we keep going. I would love to say we part on good terms, but the truth of the matter is this is 'Me' industry and the biggest 'Me' of all is the artist. They walk in with empty hands, and bright eyes and when they have filled their pockects they usually try to climb out the window with your juice. It aint all bad though, some stick, some are real and from those you can make something happen.

I have never gone out looking for an artist. In fact I have never gone out looking for anybody. Every artist and person connected with Shlepp, has come to Shlepp. Like I said we got Juice.

Shlepp Records has been around (as a name) for a while, but we really will start doing business in 2008. Up until now we have been building and developing our products. Sorting out the snakes from the doves and getting ready to assault your senses in 2008. As I said before it has been tough, and their have been times when I personally have wanted to quit. But quitting just aint in my nature. Going backwards just aint my thing.

2008 is the year that Shlepp records does it thing. We are a small honest boutique label. Our products and artist will do the talking. As for me Eagle E. I am not interested in your love or adulation I just want your attention. Do I have it? .

If I have your attention, let me say this. Shlepp does not exist to make 'more of the same' , to do what is already being done, or to jump on the bandwagon.

Many people who come into our space leave for this reason. Thier agenda is purely money, fame, at any cost. These are the destroyers of this game. These are the ones that have brought the music industry to the sorry state it is now. Never before has so little talent had so much!

Everything at Shlepp is a little diferent. We think ahead, and we do our own thing, so it has taken a while for us to reach where we are now. Ready to go.

As I said in the beginning, a lot has been said about me, and a lot will be said. The race however is not for the swift but for the sure. People come, and people go. But like any good fight (and believe me this is a fight) it is the last man standing who wins the spoils.

Judge us by our music, our artists and our intent. Talk is cheap so judge us on what we do because if you do, Shlepp and the Eagle can and will stand toe to toe with anyone, anywhere, anytime.

This is Shlepp, we don't suffer fools, we aint playing, and we aint going away without a fight.

You wont figure Shlepp or me out with your head. You have to use your heart, and if you have no heart you just wont understand.
