Bach, Sandra Zorrilla, Keith Jarrett, Carol King, Joni Mitchell, Alicia Keys, Brian McKnight, Outkast, Tommy Sims, Frank McComb, Herbie Hancock, McCoy Tyner, Israel and New Breed, Edgar Meyer, Hillsong United, Christian McBride, Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Israel and New Breed, Chick Corea, Eddie Harris, Horace Silver, Tony Bennett, Thelonious Monk, Ella, Diana Ross, Will Ferrell . . . yeah, Will Ferrell!
Sounds Like: Pop, Soul, R&B, and Jazz influences all meld together to create a funky, fun sound. Piano based with thoughtful lyrics."Hooky piano based pop songs . . . in the tradition of someone like Billy Joel except maybe more personal."
