Where to begin???...I come from good stock. Born and raised in a little Polish town surrounded by Detroit. My first real job (other then babysitting my nephews & neices) was hostessing at Clock restraunt. worked as a dental asst. for a while but the dentist was a real pervert! worked in a factory with my brother-in-law Wally for a few years...was good till a press come down on my hand, thankfully I still have all my digets :) Moved on to bigger & better places. Hilton hotels, room service/mini bar manager. met alot of celeberities & their sidekicks, that is when my traveling began. Had a friend that worked for a lighting company that did show for people like Whitney Houston, Phil collins, New Kids On The Block, YES, etc. My employer was great at giving me time off when a plane ticket headed my way. Fly to a state ( or in one case Canada)and end up on a tour bus. Was a real fantastic experience but couldn't do it for a lifetime. Ran a concession cart at Pace warehouse (before it became Sam's club) once again an in contact with people job. Eventually met my Hubby, Tom. That's a cool story in itself. Got married, honeymooned in Fl. & Freeport Bahamas Reserverd room was not looking good, put a call in to front desk to complain.. Tom thought we would get free dinner...What a suprise we were in for. Hotel upgraded our room, we now resided in Howard Houghs penthouse !!!! Far better then a dinner lol. Had a great time & a "honeybonus" , our daughter. Moved out of the little town when our bar-b-que lid got stolen twice, plus I think a rat bit our dog Donker. he got real sick and scared to go outside. Going on eleven years at this homestead, Had our son in 1998. Sometime in '99 my stepdaughter moved in , she was almost 16. A few months later her younger sister followed. Our family was growing so we put a lot of labor and love and made our home bigger. They got older and moved out. Now I'm a grandma of 2 three months apart. a girl from my step son and a boy from my stepdaughter . Both Grandbabies will be 2. My husband is a young man but medically retired ( bad back problems)Life does throw us some challenges, but with the Angels help and Gods blessings we get by...Helps to go in the Jacuzzi too. Wow didn't mean to ramble on so, just started typing. Now is time to stop. Later, LadyJ
