Emily

Hey my name's Emily Perkins (used to be Gabbard). I volunteer at the Mill Creek Fire Department in Stilesville with my husband, Matthew, and the greatest people you could ever meet. I'm attending school at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital two nights a week to get my EMT license. It's the greatest feeling in the world to know that I'm helping save someone's life and to educate just one person on fire prevention makes my sacrifice worth it. My husband and I have two boxers, Duke and Piper, whom we love and adore. We'd have a hard time if we ever had real kids because we'd need two more full rooms, one for the dogs toys and one for the kids. I love hanging out with the friends we already have and the new people we meet all the time. I still like to do hair, it's just not my whole life anymore or what I see myself doing forever.
