About Me

Hi, I'm the Head Instructor at Polestastic School of Pole Dance based in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

I've been pole dancing since 1998 and teaching pole dancing for over 2years.

I am a professionally trained dancer, gaining my BA Honours Degree in Performing Arts from Brighton University in 1995.

I am a fully insured, a qualified Personal Trainer (Dip PT) and is on the Register of Exercise Professional at Level 3.

With 10 years teaching experience up to FE and HE level, I am well equipped to get you swinging and spinning with style and grace and inverting with ease on the pole.

Fitness First Manchester Central on Lower Moseley Street, Opp the G-Mex Centre in Manchester city centre.

Monday 2030hrs (Beginners)
Tuesday 2030hrs (Intermediate 1)
Wednesday 1930hrs (Intermediate 2)
Wednesday 2030hrs (Beginners)
Saturday 1230hrs (Beginners)

All classes are drop in, so no need to book. Classes are Â£12 each or save money by getting a 6 class block for Â£60.
