What a terrific thing to be able to catch up with those that we've not seen or spoken to for YEARS!!! So thank you in advance for finding me if you have...and thank you for the person that you are! If you know me, you know that I tend to just love life---there's always something good to look forward to & always a way to enjoy the present moment no matter how gloomy it may seem. I feel so blessed & thankful for all that I have & get to experience. My husband, Matt & I just celebrated our 5 yr anniversary (whew, time flies!) and we just love to live! For my full-time job, I work as a chiropractic assistant to a very fun & positive doctor...my position was just "promoted" to office manager, so now I get to greet everyone at the front desk when they come in. My absolute favorite thing is that I get to volunteer at the GA Aquarium (and every Thursday I get to work in the ColdWater dept with the biologists & the marine mammals!). It's such an incredible experience that's almost hard to describe. I know most people spend their weeks looking forward to the weekend...well, I honestly think; "Is it almost Thursday?" b/c I love it that much! On my weekends, I take Western Pleasure horseback riding lessons on my favorite horse, Sonni. I used to take English lessons in college, so riding Western has been a fun change. Matt & I enjoy completing home projects (always fun when you own your home)---we (well, really not "we"...more like "he") just finished painting our guest bathroom the really pretty tropical ocean blue color that now completes our tropical guest suite. Now, I must decorate & then we'll be ready for visitors :). Let me know if you're ever in the thriving metropolis of Buford, GA...actually, it's a lot more thriving now with the Mall of GA here---we can go shopping anytime you want!!
