BURN SAND BURN

About Me

Burn Sand Burn has been making a unique noise in the Denver music scene over the past three years. With their electrifying stage shows, the band has gathered a small army of dedicated fans who support their hyper blend of musical styles. BSB is not content with sitting back and repeating the same old rock and roll clichés. They stand for something more and always push themselves to reach for higher levels of raw energy, talent, and emotion.
Burn Sand Burn’s approach to music is defined in their aggressive merging of musical genres. BSB blends parts of guitar riff classic rock, insistent old school punk, psychedelic melodic pop, and metal. The end result is an ever-changing expansion of hard-rock.
“Right from the start Not In Reverse is on the move with blaring, yet somehow compassionately magnetic riffs and melodic vocals that take the listener on a musical journey through worldly reflection, addiction, political angst, and love. The persistent theme is constantly moving…just get up and Go!” –National Hum
“ ….From the hypnotic guitar riffs, to the amazing vocals, to the mesmerizing bass and drum beats; I am always left wanting more.”— Colorado Music Buzz
"This 3 piece spawn of Denver, CO gleefully cranks out spunky punk/post punk utterances that twirl tales of melodic indie pop platitudes into a vision of an energetic now." ----Maximum Ink Music Magazine, Madison, Wi.
"Not in Reverse" is the band's first full-length album and can be found in many local record stores as well as online. It has gotten rave reviews and challenges the band to come up with an equally great follow-up album. Check it out!
