I never used to be too much into music but it's grown on my over the years. Still I'm mostly into top 40 like: Killers, U2, Green Day, some trance. Just went to the DJ Tiesto concert in AC.
I just watched [V for Vendetta] which I thought was damn fun. Overall my favorite movies are damn funny ones like [Old School] or [Weddings Crashers] and otherwise ones with a different idea or twist like [Matrix] or [Fight Club].
Thank goodness for DVR since I would usually have something in the background going that I didn't care about. [Entourage] is just fun to watch, [Daily Show] is a great source of "news" and [Curb Your Enthusiasm] grew on me last year; [Seinfeld] is still the best show ever. [Always Sunny in Philadelphia] has a non-PC edge to it I like.
I'm into books that make a complicated topic readable. [Brief History of Everything] talked about where we are int he context of human thought. [Elegant Universe] explained a hot theory in physics called string theory. [Tipping Point] was good look at the viral spread of ideas.
