About Me

T.J. Fry is a veteren acoustic performer from the Southern New Jersey/ Philadelphia area. T.J.'s brand of acoustic rock incorporates multiple influences. In 2004 T.J.'s song "Sleeping Space" was named to "The Best of Greenwich Village" CD by UMO. "Sleeping Space" is also the second cut on his new studio recording "Anesthesia Live Sessions". The songs from this work were recorded live in Anesthesia studio in Hammonton, New Jersey with current members of The T.J. Fry Band. Downloads will shortly be available on myspace. This compelation will not be available for physical CD purchase as it is only a taste of a 10 song full length CD that is currently underway. T.J. has appeared on The Tim Qualls show on six separate occasions. This is a local variety talk show airing on WMCN (Channel 15 on Comcast in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area). In February 2007, Fry completed recording the Billy Franks song "Sleep A Little Easy When it Rains" for the "Tribute This!" soundtrack. This recording can also be found at myspace.com/tthis. In March 2008 and 2009 T.J. Fry and Co. were featured at the Cape May Singer/ Songwriter Festival. T.J.'s song "Blanket of Shame" has recently been featured on Wilmington Delaware radio station WSTW's Hometown Heroes program. After a busy '08, 2009 is looking very promising!!
