Influences: first, i'd say richard vission. he is "the master of the motherfucker". when i first saw him play, i couldn't understand it. i just stood there in awe, records flying by my head because the man doesn't have time to be searchin' through any damn record bag, so he throws 'em. nah, j/k. he's got "record bitches" that put records away for him, that's how fast he is. he needs record bitches. simply amazing. but what's this you say? it's not all about speed? don't you worry, my man's got skills. check his latest album, automatic. shit is sick.
the first dj i saw was felix da housecat. i've got to thank that guy, just for being there. if he hadn't played that ac/dc house remix at my first party, i don't know where i'd be today. probably rockin' to some gay ass blink 182 or some shit like that. maybe even trance, who knows? ha ha ha!! j/k 'bout the trance!!
next, thank you mix master mike!! i can't help but to wonder how he does it. thus, pushing me harder. nuff said.

aj avanti!! thanks aj for all you've done for me and my record playing abilities. gettin' me into playin' house records, supplyin' all necessary equipment for a while, lettin' me borrow some of your records at my old school gigs, drivin' to the shows, and being an all around awesome, hilarious, thoughtful, and patient guy!! i wouldn't be where i am without you, that's for sure!
there's a million more influences than that in my life. you all are my influences. i'm in this for you because i think i'm a swell dj/producer that can get the job done right. after all, when you smile, i smile. if you play records and love what you do, if you come to parties to hear that funky house beat, and if you jones for it throughout the week, then you know what i mean.

Sounds Like: on the decks, i'm probably most comparible to bad boy bill , richard vission , dj dan , static revenger , armand van helden, olav basoski, robbie rivera, groove armada, dj dan..........hell i could name 'em all day.but, in front of my computer, i'm most comparible to me. i try not to let genre or style get in the way of how i think a track should sound. i just try to let it be what it is. more or less, just give it what it wants and hope, in the end, that your ears are pleased with what that song wanted to sound like............or something. ha ha.
