I have a pretty simple life compared to what I would like it to be.
I go to Prior, I would say it was pretty average but education seems to be the passport to a good life, with that in mind, it dosen't seem too bad. Im doing photography, film studies and modern history. I think they pretty much sum up my interests. I work at Next at Teeside park, the home department. Sometimes I get sick of seeing the colours brown and duck egg blue. But again thats money isn't it and the people there are nice, with some exceptions, of course.
I like to go out on nights to Redcar; Marthers, Baracuda, Silks, Aruba and (more recently -- to my disgust) The Deck. Im trying to stay on the wagon a little bit more now and not spend as much money so I'm trying to give it a break. I would consider myself to be full of crap information that is really pointless, but provides a good conversation topic nevertheless.
I have amazing friends who really give me the power to get my arse out of bed on the morning because I know how much we are going to laugh at random crap. Im going to Spain on August 1st with some of the best people in the world. Not long now. 2 whole weeks of beach, drinks, fun, sun, food and pacha :D I hope to go to Hull Univercity when I get my A levels, it has the best stuff for film, I can't wait.

My Interests

My Top 13 films range from 1939-2006 (:

But I only have 11 of them on DVD :(

The Wizard of Oz.
Titanic.
Bobby.
Dreamgirls.
Babes On Broadway.
Preminition.
The Holiday.
Lost In Translation.
Valley of the Dolls.
Some Like it Hot.
Gone With The Wind.
The Aviator.
The Clock.

Top 6 Oldies :)

The Wizard of Oz -- 1939

This girl gets taken away in a tornado from her house and lands in a different world and she meets some new friends and has to find her way home BUT the wicked witch of the west tries to kill her on the way.

Valley of the Dolls -- 1967

Three friends are trying to get famous but only one makes it. When she gets famous she becomes adicted to drugs and alcohol. One of the girls dies, one ends up an adict and crying in a back alley somewhere and the other one decides to go back to her small town.

Some Like it Hot -- 1959

Two men are on the run and they dress up as women and run away with a girl band. But one falls in love with Marilyn Monroe and has to hide that he is really a man BUT the gangsters find them and they have to escape on a speed boat!

Babes On Broadway -- 1941

These two failed actors have to put on a show to help all the kids have enough money to go to the country side. They almost get the shop stopped when they find they don't have permision to be in the old theatre BUT everything works out ok. Really cheesy yet adictive. As me and Katy found when we watched the entire thing!

The Clock -- 1945

A soldier on army leave bumps into a girl in New York and they become friends. They fall in love but he is only allowed 48 hours away from the army so they meet, fall in love and get married in 48 hours. Nice bit of cheese for you. I think my grandma was born while they were making this film.

Gone With The Wind -- 1939

I have only ever watched this once becuase its about 4 hours long! But this girl fancies this boy and he dosen't fancy her and they when the Civil War destroys their house she is left all alone and shes a bitch to everyone and in the end she winds up alone. Its more complicated than that but there you have it.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet alot of famous people but I guess these 2 top the lot.

Marilyn Monroe.

This seems to be on everyones myspace becuase she appears to be in fashion at the minute. But it annoys me the fact that people like Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Anna Nicole Smith think they are Marilyn Monroe when, lets be honest, there not. I would like to meet her just to say I have but considering she has been dead 45 years it might be a little difficult.

Lindsay Lohan.

Not only is she nice looking shes everywhere. Maybe not for the best things. I have a feeling that if I ever got the chance to meet Lindsay Lohan I wouldn't like her becuase apparently shes suck up her own arse and sometimes I get that impression. Still cant say I would turn down a Hello :)

I like London but I have already been there a few times so I won't but it on. These are my top 2 out of all the places I want to go in the next 10 years.

Hollywood, California, USA

Theres loads of places that I want to go like Graumans Chineese Theatre where all the famous people put their hands in the cement. There is the Hollywood walk of fame. Loads of stuff to see for films, you can visit the old film studios like Culver City, MGM. You can go on a tour around all the old film stars mansions like Jean Harlow and she died in her bedroom. I think its all cool stuff.

New York, New York, USA

I have flown over here on a plane but I was far too high to see anything. I have always wanted to go here just to see the sights with my own eyes really. Its one of those once in a life time places. I used to really want to live there but the weather is basically like the weather over here, except colder in the winter and a little warmer in the summer. But it would be good to go for a while :)
