About Me

About Strictly Business

Strictly Business Clothing was established in 2005 by two Latino males from the Bronx. With a long night coming to an end and just observing a few business deals gone bad these two men discussed why individuals fail to handle business accordingly and came to a conclusion, everything should always be Strictly Business. At the end of that night Strictly Business Clothing was born.
Soon after that night these two men worked collectively on introducing their first T-Shirt collection to the world. With personal and a professional schedule to maintain they worked long hours to get the collection prepared for the summer of 2005. With all the hard work behind them it was time to see if the collection would be embraced. Though they believed in their product, the goal was to get everyone else to do the same. After revealing the collection to the streets with no other form, but self distribution they managed to sell half of there collection out of the trunk of the car. Seeing they had created a buzz they decided to reach out to a few stores for placement. They first reached out to Sammy’s in Bronx , which agreed to sell their merchandise and then to Prohibit in the lower east side which also agreed to sell their merchandise. To there expectations both store’s sold out of all the merchandise which proved Strictly Business Clothing was something to pay attention to.

Strictly Business Goal

Our goal is to provide merchandise that’s stylish, classic, and have meaning to them. Competition in the fashion world has increased tremendously which simply means there are a lot of brands following trends and produce meaningless merchandise. Strictly Business is here to take the market back to a “less is more“ simplistic classical concept. At the present moment we only offer T-Shirts, yet we have already made a decision that we will eventually introduce a full collection and accessories. When you think of Strictly Business Clothing don’t think of us just as clothing nor a brand , but a way of living.

The Men Behind Strictly Business

With an extensive history in fashion and among his peers consider timeless fashion Anthony Severino teamed up with Frank Ray Garcia to create Strictly Business Clothing. After realizing he needed to get a hands on approach he took on an internship with Apropo Showroom where he learned the wholesale aspect of the fashion industry.
