Email:Macsorro began painting when he was in his mother's womb. Seriously! First he started sketching his toes, but he got bored. Then he painted his legs, knees and feet, but that too grew boring after a wile, so then he started painting....well, actually then he packed all his materials and he was born the end! Geez!
Okay. Really? I hate that third person crap. It makes me feel like I died or something. My name is Jorge Macswiney, I make pop surreal art under the name Macsorro. I paint about the "things" we do, as people, ciblings, friends and parents. Mainly the stupid things. And it's not that I'm saying I don't do any of these things, I'm actually just saying! Know what I mean?

My goal is to illustrate for children's books, cd cover art, that sorta stuff. I am a resident artist at The Hive Gallery and Studios, check it out. You can visit my studio there during the gallery's regular business hours. In my studio you will find my regular work as well as some eperimentations with diferent medias, so come see all the stuff.
