I am really glad that those chain saws in spook houses dont have chains!

About Me

Well i guess i am about the luckiest/charmed/blessed guy around. For whatever reason things often go my way and i am damn thankful for it. ************************************************************ *...... %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%The longstory short on me--i am a hard working/hard playing VERY POSITIVE person. I smile A LOT. I get a lot of pleasure out of seeing others around me happy and NOTHING makes me happier than to see someone having a bad day "turn it around" because of something i say or do. I have always enjoyed being the "the one" that others can count on, can lean on, or can call on...when the going gets tough! I have already been blessed in this world with more than any one person deserves! Ironically, though i have lucked-in to having many talents and abilities, i still have the regretable tendency to "get by on bullshit" rather than use my talents. So thats my goal in 2007....more substance, less bullshit! My great grandfather had a country band, and before they would TEAR off into the last song of the night, he would always "holler"...."we didn't come to STAY....we came to PLAY". Those are words to live by to be true. So whatever your SONG is today....PLAY it....play it hard, play it LOUD....PLAY it...like its your last song! Have a GREAT 2007!

My Interests

MI own two businesses and they keep me both pretty busy and pretty TIED down. I love it. I love the people in the community we serve and most important i love the team I work with every day. I cant imagine that there is anyone out there lucky enough to get to spend their time at work with a better bunch of people. We get the unique chance to help A LOT of people every day....and still smile and laugh while we do it. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ********I love to travel. the only downside to having my business is that i have not been able to go out of the country during the last 4 years. in the 3 years before i bought the store, i went on 2 cruises a year for 3 years. I am SO ITCHING to go to the islands! I have spent a great deal of time with photography and have a platinum-level 150,000 hit profile on OneModelPlace.Com. I have been on photographic road trips to New Orleans, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri of late. I have photographed girls for their (successful) submissions to the national Hooters Calendar. I have been lucky enough to shoot girls that have appeared in Gallery Magazine, Score Magazine, Playboy newstand issues, and for local advertisments. I would love to successfully submit someone into Perfect 10 magazine. My interest in photography is at a bit of a LOW point right now. It seems to ALWAYS get in the way of relationships....afterall, almost no girl wants their guy working a couple days a week with beautiful near naked girls. So, in 2007, am thinking i will travel more and shoot less....a LOT less. And getting to THE BAHAMAS, CAYMAN ISLANDS, JAMACIA and the SAINTS will remain my ..number one priority (of course, if i end up going with someone that looks great in a bikini....i MIGHT take a pic or two...haha)................................................. .....................................................What makes me different from everyone else? well i have been struck by lightning.....AND i fell and broke my collar bone standing in about the exact same spot about 6 months before i got struck by lightning---just an unlucky patch of ground i guess! I was diagnosed with cancer at age 22 and they were wrong....so they don't call me "lucky" john for no reason! I can pick up a baseball using just the toes of my right foot. try it....its pretty hard. Oh, and i only have ONE kidney....add that to bein a lightweight and i am a pretty CHEAP drunk! I am a MINORITY in that i am a Chickasaw Indian....one of 38,000 in the USA....what makes me a real minority is that i am a blonde haired, blue eyed Chickasaw Indian! Though the Chickasaws are regarded as "one of the 5 civilized tribes" we were indeed a warrior people that defeated Hernando de Soto's conquistadors.

I'd like to meet:

My Grandfather/dad has alzeheimers dementia. I would trade the chance to MEET anyone famous, (or for that matter trade ANYTHING i own) just to have HIM back where he could remember things.....if YOU haven't talked to YOUR grandparents....call them today...i promise, you will not regret it! XXXXXXXXX In his younger days, he used to enjoy going to the CAINS ballroom in Tulsa Oklahoma, I was able to get tickets for Asleep at the Wheel, a texas swing band that plays A LOT of Bob Wills Music (if you dont know BOB WILLS music take a minute to look him up...they produced an AMAZING sound back in the day). It was a huge leap of faith to take him to a honky tonk, but evrything worked out perfect, thanks to many helpful strangers in the crowd and i am convinced a guardian angel on his shoulder. He has given me at least a thousand memorable quotes but this one makes me smile the most. He and I were both dressed up pretty sharp when we left the nursing home, and one of the nurses says to him....are you boys gonna go chase girls? and he said..."the slow ones". XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX Who would I like to meet? well not anyone famous, that has almost always been a let down for me so far. I like re-connecting and finding old friends. I thank myspace for helping me reconnect with SO MANY I have lost touch with....Terri the Tennis Player, Ashton, Treva my future wife, and so many NEW friends that i enjoy getting to know! Current M.I.A.'s i would like to find are... "SAM" Samantha J from Texas and Misty Bohlander from Kansas, who both used to hang out across the street from TGI FRIDAYS and wear tight orange shorts and spandex. Kacey Burk who I last heard was modeling in Cali only to see her get "eliminated" on ELIMIDATE. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%I am very outgoing and won the "never met a stranger award" in college. In ANY group i am usually talkin and meetin people. To me, that is what makes the world go around! So, i imagine that i STILL have not ever met a stranger! And its probably hard to believe since i have WRITTEN so much, but i hear that i am a really good LISTENER....so hit me up sometime and let me hear what YOU have to say.....As far as who i would like to meet in "real" terms. I stay "in over my head" in most phases of my life, but i would like meet a girl sometime AGAIN where i get that feeling that i am in over my head. The kind that just drive you crazy in a good way.

Music:

i have never been a big reggae fan, even though i LOVE the islands. BUT here lately i have started liking some bands that arent mainline Reggae but have some reggae influences....like 311 on "amber" and Rhiana on "SOS". I like all kinds of music and OFTEN find myself just like the Toby Keith songs says "The ONLY cowboy in this place" when i go to concerts like Mike Jones, Crystal Method, 311, Motley Crue, Puddle of Mudd, Bowling for Soup etc....but i am comfortable in any crowd. Basically, if a concert comes to tulsa, i am probably gonna be there, EVEN if i am the ONLY one in a black cowboy hat! And of course, the CAINS is the greatest venue ever....my GREAT GRANDAD even danced and partied there!

Movies:

to me its all about the popcorn and interesting girl that is next to me....a great girl makes a bad movie a good date....but a good movie can't make a bad girl a good date.....movie popcorn with lots of greasy butter is proly my favorite "cheat" food! ***I like to go to the casino and i like to win, if i get behind even a little...i leave and go do something else*** And because i get this question A LOT....NO I DO NOT have ANY kids and have never been married (although i have been through one annullment...which was kind of an experience in itself). I have had serious relationships and i DO know what 200%love feels like (when both parties are givin 100%). But, i also kno that there are lots of things that fall short of love that feel pretty good too......it seems that honesty and respect make relationships of ANY level work pretty good. Luckily, i haven't had many "train wrecks" yet!

Television:

Television is a VAST waste of time....really I have NO time for it! My family has a strong history of long lives and robust physical health...unfortunately we also have a fair amount of alzehiemers dementia, too....so when I hit about 90 or 95 and my body outlives my mind, then and only then will you see me in front of a TV.
