So about me...hmmm, well over the last few years, I some how got sucked into "work is my life." I'm working on change that, so taking those active measures to get the work and life balance. I have a pretty big interest in keeping busy...starting new activities all the time. I'm currently working on a painting, cooking, debating to give up cable tv, and always eating. I seriously wonder if I have ADD. I try keep my active mind at bay by running and working out. It's the only thing that keeps me somewhat sane...if you can call it that. I try to stay focused, but my natural tendencies seem to be to float off and think about random things, like how do they get the skin off a mandarin orange? Anyway, i'm not sure if this any better, but oh wellz... it's "new". BTW, injury free since Dec 2004.
