In a place beyond time and space, a godlike entity known only as SIMIAN RUE was and always has been. Taking possession of its mortal vessels, it has unassumingly taken up residence in the apathetic hipster wasteland known only as THE BIG V.The first of these vessels was the intergalactic pornstar, and sherrif of Uranus: an evil space robot known as Gavitron.The second life claimed was Geor of the planet Spain.The third being Daledo of the Shire.The fourth being Zwolinsky of New Fagland.With their powers combined they are SIMIAN RUE: an unstoppable crime fighting machine dedicated to decontructing the human condition and stubbornly resisting the forces of your shallow, your petty, and your feeble minded.

Influences: As for Simian Rue...I wasn't aware that grown men still ape Marilyn Manson in 2008. Singer wore cargo pants, a ripped muscle shirt and aviator glasses, contorting awkwardly to invoke his inner torment, moaning in Manson's voice about circle jerks. Haircuts were uniformly ridiculous. Bass-player wore a Michael Myers / William Shatner mask â€“ then took it off, to reveal a plain, suburban face. Guitarist Geor looked like Living Colour and the New Power Generation met at the gay bar, with his risque T-shirt emblazoned with That's Mr. Fucking Faggot to You. Which is doubly insulting to homosexuals, as I later saw him make out with his girlfriend. What I would have done to break the drum machine and hear a riff! Demo is done

4 tunes. great soundtrack for making babies to. also good for crying alone to after a fevered "one-some." available at live shows or through polite online enquiry.

Out of the studio

We just finished recording a 3 song demo at Hot Sole studios. There were hardly any facial herpes involved this time, but of course, you cant control everything. Shiny new songs should be up soon.
