I am the youth pastor at Willow Street Church of God (www.wscog.com). Paul Tillich says God is the "ground of all being." I am adamantly convinced of this, and as a result am actively involved in a love relationship with all that exists. This love motivates me to fight for the rights and dignity of those who are considered to be the least among us, and by consequence are most often trampled upon and and taken advantage of because of their weak position. God is known even in them, most especially in them as they reveal God's humility and universal concern and presence. The planet too deserves this respect and care. My prayer is that all people may come to know the depth and truth of Christ, and His exhaustive relevance to our lives...

I previously listed people like Arundhati Roy, Cornel West and Noam Chomsky. But the truth of the matter is that I love people, period. I enjoy meeting and talking with people, and building relationships with all types of cats. God loves people. God loves people so much that He created us so that we can share in the glory He possessed from forever before. Not only that, but He loves people so much that He did not regard His own lofty position of divinity, but rather became a person, and gave Himself over to His own creation to murder Him. This law of sacrifice and non partiality is inherent to God's character, and thus I seek for it to be the law of mine. I reach out to all. I admit it is often difficult. As much trash as Jesus had to deal with, I realize that I have much to learn. But I believe in the vast potential of people, the greatness we possess due to our connection to the creator of all being. So really, I want to meet you, because you are important to God, and by virtue of existing, you are connected to God!
