About Me

I'm a stay-at-home mom of a toddler and I've started a bookkeeping business from home part-time. We've recently moved back to Louisiana after 2 years in Colorado...a big transition but we're loving being with our families again and catching up with friends. I've been married to Mark for 5 & 1/2 years now and we have one daughter (Cassandra who's 2) and twins on the way. I love missions and learning about other cultures. Music is a huge part of my life and I have always enjoyed being part of a worship team.

My Interests

My family - we're so glad to be near them all again. Music. Worship. Parenting. Accounting (I know I'm weird, but I enjoy numbers). Missions.

I'd like to meet:

Our twin girls - not long to go!

Music:

I LOVE music! Mostly worship (Matt Redman, David Crowder Band, Hillsongs...) and Christian (Casting Crowns, Crystal Lewis, etc.). Some rock (The Fray, Kelly Clarkson, etc.). Old romantic artists are also a favorite of mine (like Nat King Cole, Fred Astaire & Frank Sinatra). Occasional country (Carrie Underwood).

Movies:

Whichever movie I've seen most recently that was good...We Are Marshall was great

Television:

Grey's Anatomy, Lost, and I'm loving Singing Bee!

Books:

Christian fiction novels - the sappy romance kind is the best to veg out to for me. Other than that, I like magazines like People since short articles are generally easier to finish with a toddler in the room.

Heroes:

My mom. I never realized how much of a hero she is to me until I became one too. And my husband. He works so hard to take care of us and makes our family so special.
