I love cats but dont hate dogs!
Im an amateur psychologist (Arent we all tho) and have a great eye for body language and tone of voice!
I love to spin fire during long warm summer nights and at big partys or/on the beach!
I love to cook, as i used to be a fresh food chef for four years
I have to be taken with a pinch of salt i guess!
Im very firm with how i feel and if i like or dont like you, i will definately tell you!
I dont lie, as it creates dishonesty and can really fuck up friendships and bonds!
I am me, i love life, i try and do loads outside, even tho im virtually always cold!
I love my friends and have a firm belief in fate and karma, but none of that religion bullshit!
MY DJING SIDE
I am a HUGE! Drum and Bass fan!
It all started when i was a very young 10 year old insomniac, and i used to stay up late, listening to the oh so Black Westwood, lol! Anyhows, i eventually, got bored of westwood, but continued to listen further on until i found, One In The Jungle, thus a new treasure trove opened before me! I used to set up a shitty tape recorder (those ones with the MIC on the stereo) and lay it infront of another radio and record!
Sunday where a hit from then on in my life as i used to have a fresh 72minutes of flavoursome Jurassically disturbing jungle (darn it, if only i didnt get tomato sauce on the pissin' tapes), you never here anything like that anymore, im not talking about shitty Chopper by Ray Keith or Super Sharp Shooter, im talking Rolodex type shit....YUM!!
Anyhow, i used to do this until i was about 17 and living in a STRICT environment, there was no way my parents would let me have decks, besides Rollerblades! So i moved out, and so became a spend-thrift on Slammin' Vinyl tapes and endless DJ CD's, oh and not to mention a few records from the decised Andy's Records!
On the christmas of my 20th year, a mate was selling her belt drivens for bout 170, and i snapped them up with money id saved and Xmas money! Id say it was about a month before i learnt to mix properly and i could say AT LAST I CAN MIX MY FAVOURITE TUNES!
2 years later iv come along strong! Met some great people who have kept me going, like Deavs aka Ultrafine, hes given me that push from the start! Theres john and tom of JT sound system, they broke there brains when i played for the first time back in nov04', there the ipswich teams Grimey, Global and ESP, who curtasy of DJ Motion snapped me up like wild fire! I HOPE IM NOT BEING TO BIG HEADED, BUT WHY NOT TELL YOU WHAT PEOPLE HAVE SAID TO MY FACE! And most recently Gareth aka Garpy of Cattleprod Records, star!! But i aint stopped yet, with Jamie G giving me a copy of Reason 3 and now ive hit the producing Halfpipe, hehehe =)
