Rock’n’Roll fan and supporter since the early 80’s. My first vinyl LP’s and Tapes where Deep Purple’s “Fireball”, AC/DC’s “Back In Black”, Iron Maiden’s “Killers” and a lot of recorded tapes (two for all: The Ramones and Rolling Stones). My soul-mate and first “R’n’R guru” Gabriele drove me into 70’s Rock bands such as B.O.C., Kiss, Motorhead, Rush, Ten Years After, U.F.O., Black Sabbath, Whitesnake, The Knack, Rainbow, Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd and many more. Until 1986 I was totally addicted by Twisted Sister, Cinderella, Bon Jovi, Europe, Poison and Motley Crue but my life really changed after the L.A. Street Scene explosion. I was 20 when I bought the first albums by G’n’R, L.A.Guns, Faster Pussycat & Hanoi Rocks and I understood that my life will be changed forever, what a difference between that bands and the others (with some exceptions like T.S. or M.Crue), R-E-A-L F****ING R’n’R with R-E-A-L Attitude, injected of Punk Raw and Glam decadence, simply the best!! Immediately I started to search for their 70’s and early 80's “godfathers” (I’m still thinking that 70’s were the better rock years), too long too mention all that great bands (just take a look on the left of this page) but I can’t miss this special mention: early Hanoi Rocks, New York Dolls & Hollywood Brats, can’t live without their sound…..Rock writer since 1996, formerly for the Mighty TRASH’N’CRASH ‘zine (Hail to Marco Premi, where the fuck are you now?), ____________________________________________________________ ________________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________ now for the incredible and One-An-Only SLAMROCKS! Webzine (Hail Moreno, you’re the best)!!!
