We are located at -

Lacey, WA

We are a fun, positive, family orientated gym. Our doors are open to anyone who wishes to learn and train. We have a variety of programs for boxing, kickboxing, aerobic kickboxing, karate and submission wrestling. We also have a very competitive fight team that travels around the northwest to compete in kickboxing and MMA events.

We have a large 4000 sq ft. gym with:

weight room
full size boxing ring
wrestling mats
25 floor standing heavy bags
eliptical and treadmills machines
