About Me

I grew up in a 300 person town in Vermont and currently live in San Francisco. I've also lived in Boston and New Orleans (13th ward represent!) I'm pretty environmentally sound; I'm vegan, ride a bike, conscious water user, et cetera. I live in a vegetarian household with seven other people. I like volunteering. I've been actively learning Mandarin and I plan on moving to China in the next year and coming back fluent (and then what... I do not know.)
I like not buying things, riding my bike, feeding the hungry, co-operatives of all kinds, and studying history. I am annoyed by both disorganization and heirarchy which means I'm going to live a life of dissatisfaction (haha.) I think society should be organized for human needs rather than private profits. I love reading The San Francisco Bay Guardian.
Ideally I'd like to see myself living in a decent size communitarian community in Vermont someday.

I’m afflicted with passion.

It's true. I can't read about something and not want to sign up as a member. What's more is that it seems to me that if I were to join a movement that certainly the whole world might follow! Now, natu...
