THE MUSIC BIO OF CHOC Music has been a great influence on my life since the very beginning. At a young age I was introduced to a variety of sounds such as jazz, gospel, and classic soul. My mother brought this bond between music and myself. As I got older I decided that I wanted to be involved in the music industry as a rapper and dj, so that people could hear a mixture of beats and fans could dance and remember the lyrics too. I started rapping at the age of twelve and since then, that was the best feeling in the world because I have the chance to express myself to others in a way that I wanted them to see me. Lyrically I could say what I wanted and then rap it the way I was feeling. Rapping is a gift that a lot of people don..t have which explains the reason for these one hit wonders that come and go. I have learned how to use every talent that I have simultaneously with each other, so that I can be known as an artist who can do everything. I have been laying tracks and distributing demo cd..s so that my significant style can be heard by many. I have been a dj for the past 9 years and to my widespread clientele I am known as DJ CHOC. I have done numerous events and even performed at some of my own events. Providing music for certain events is also distinctive to me because I have the freedom to show off all technician skills.
