About Me

Lyrics of the day/week/moment.
(Updated on a completely irregular basis)
He tells everyone a story, because he feels his life is boring, and he fights so you won't ignore him, because that's his biggest fear, and he cries, but you'll rarely see him do it. He loves, but he's scared to use it. So he hides behind the music, cause he likes it that way. He knows, He's so much more than worthless, he needs to find the surface, because he's starting to get nervous.

Probably my favorite song lyrics ever. At least right now. I first heard it around 5-6 years ago and have liked it ever since. And just by random coincidence, if that's even possible, my 22nd birthday is on Thursday, January 4th, '07.
Wish I had what I needed to be on my own
Cuz I feel so defeated and I'm feeling alone
And it all feels so helpless and I have no plans
I'm a plane in the sunset with nowhere to land
And all I see, it could never make me happy
And all my sandcastles spend their time collapsing
Let me know that you hear me
Let me know your touch
Let me know that you love me
And let that be enough
It's my birthday tomorrow, no one here could know
I was born this Thursday, 22 years ago
And I feel stuck watching history repeating
Or am I just a kid who knows he's needy
Let me know that you hear me
Let me know your touch
Let me know that you love me
And let that be enough
Let me know that you hear me
Let me know your touch
Let me know that you love me
And let that be enough

My Interests

Being the Don of the Quamba Mafia .

In other news... music, snowboarding, cars, girls, sports, laughing, paintball, neon colors, a good 3-piece suit, cool hats, bands with good stage presence / showmanship, LED lights, power tools, drive-by insult videos, Bawls, my cat Haru, watching movies, hating on H2's ...

I'd like to meet:

Dan Jacobs - Guitarist for Atreyu

This guy rocks some of the sweetest looking guitars on the planet. Straight 80's style. And the glorious sounds he produces cause some of the worst cases of face melting I've ever seen.

Music:

To name a few...

The Wedding, Story of the Year, Emery, Taking Back Sunday, The Starting Line, Yellowcard, Staind, Linkin Park, Underoath, Jason Mraz, Silverstein, All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, As I Lay Dying, Thousand Foot Krutch, Pillar, Project 86, Atreyu, Deftones, Kanye West, Hawthorne Heights, The Used, Rise Against, Common, Senses Fail, Thursday, Thrice, Crash Romeo, NUKE!, Nodes of Ranvier (Renee Renee, lostprophets, Vanessa Carlton, The Fray, Hum, Write This Down, Skillet, Jack's Mannequin, Dashboard Confessional, Bruce Springsteen, The Audition, Bullet For My Valentine, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Gym Class Heroes, 30 Seconds To Mars, Flyleaf, John Mayer, Rascal Flatts, Dave Matthews Band, Smashing Pumpkins, Goo Goo Dolls, The Classic Crime, Train, Augustana, Flatfoot 56...

I'm mostly into any form of rock (yes, even crack rocks!), but I have a huge soft spot for slow/weak stuff. I will, and do, listen to pretty much anything, tho.

Movies:

I'm not too picky. I like stupid humor, cars, guns, girls, whatever. And I like getting scared, it's fun. In theatres lately, I've seen Jackass 2, Casino Royale, Stranger Than Fiction, Eragon, and a couple more that I forgot already.

If you've never seen, or heard of for that matter, I strongly suggest "Run Ronnie Run". It is truly a must see!

Television:

Wild Boyz, Jackass, Chappelle's Show, South Park, Leno, Conan, stupid late night dating shows, all of those ridiculous crime drama's (i.e. CSI, Crossing Jordan, Law & Order, etc.), Fear Factor (I smoke rocks!)...
Not much of a tv watcher. I'm usually not home long enough to watch anything. I'd rather be outside doing something or hangin' with friends. Life's too short to be glued to a tv. It's all too fake. I like seeing and talking to real people. It's guaranteed to be more fun.

Books:

Not much of a book reader. Stick to the magazines:
Transworld snowboarding, APG, FaceFull, Snowboarder. Plus they make better fly/mosquito swatters.

Heroes:

Mom, my brother, people with musical talent, whoever started the QM .
