My Interests

Camping, kayaking, sports, dancing, cooking, reading, swimming, weight training, travelling, wine

I'd like to meet:

Shakespeare and Marilyn Manson, for reasons that are too hard to explain.

Music:

Everything from Bach to Tea party, with the exception of rap.

Movies:

I have seen so many, I don't have any real favourites anymore. I have memorized Top Gun, can watch Gone with the Wind over and over. I also love watching any Leathal Weapon movie. However when it comes to horror flicks, I have watched so many, they don't bother me anymore. Its a shame really, I like them.

Television:

Is anyone else addicted to 24? Seriously, the only show I watch anymore, and I love it.

Books:

I think Paulo Cuehlo would be the author who has most inspired me. Dan Brown, read all of his books, I must say are rather intriguing. Robert Jordan, a friend got me hooked on my first fantasy series, now I cannot put it down. I have read and loved all of Anne Rice's vampire series, and Mayfair series, I have also read wuthering heights, Pride and Prejudice and Of Human Bondage, which I highly recommend. All fabulous reads. I do also recommend the Notebook, the movie is great, but the book, loved it.

Heroes:

I don't really have any real heroes. Who I admire though, would include Helen Keller, Hilary Swank and Mother Teresa (no, I am not some religious fanatic). These women fought incredible odds, followed a dream and made it real, and gave up everything for their beliefs, or made the best of what they had.
