About Me

You're in touch with the world, and you have a very
strong opinion on things like politics and
war. Even if you do end up changing your
image in the future, most of us will still
like you.

What band from the 80s are you?

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Henry Kissinger
Danny Elfman
A Democrat that can win the Presidency
Pete Townsend

Music:

There are far too many bands to list here, besides I go through phases. However, no matter what my mood Oingo Boingo, U2, The Who, The Beach Boys, and The Dead are always worth listening to. Most of the music I really like has a creative bass line, a worthy side effect of the instrument I enjoy so much. I love almost everything from the classic era of motown/Stax, lots of the psychodelic rock bands of the 60/70's. That said I must also admit to being a child of the 80's so the classic alternative sounds like Depeche Mode, The Smiths, and The Cure, and the sonic stylings of The Talking Heads rarely fail to make me smile. This paragraph, as mentioned, is just a short list, and it doesn't take into account the guilty pleasures we all hide in our musical closets (The Marches of John Philip Sousa for example) nor the absolute classics like Sinatra or the Beatles. But I suppose I'll save those for another time.
