FIERCE ANGELS 2008
Fierce Angel return with their second full CD release of 2008. Angels Fall is a sublime compilation of thefinest chill-out featuring a selection of cutting edge artists and true classics.
The label continue with their new look branding with a stunning piece of artwork that combines the talents ofillustrator Jason Jaroslav Cook, photographer Katja Mayer, model Dominique Annaliese with Makeup by Dan Paul Floresfor Wet N Wild.
The album features 3 CD’s each with it’s own distinctive style. CD1 is predominantly acoustic with some amazing newfemale artists including Sarah Whatmore, Laura Fowles Amy Studt and Charlotte Martin. Fierce Angel isn’t afraid totap into the mainstream if the music is good and the best examples of this are tracks by top artists Mika and TheFeeing that close this CD.
CD2 is a little more cutting edge with another great selection of tracks from artists like the newly signed SpeckMountain, Grand National and Gotye. Once again major artists play a factor in the tracklist with the epic Nude byRadiohead and Elle by Sebastien Tellier.
The third and last CD is Marks’ personal selection of the finest classic chill. This CD needs absolutely noexplanation as artists like Zero 7 rub shoulders with the Sneaker Pimps and Groove Armada.

MARK DOYLE
Mark Doyle is the main man behind Fierce Angel Records. The compiler of the CDs, A&R for therecord label and headline DJ at the events across the world. His phenomenal career all started back in 1999 when hecreated Hed Kandi and developed the brand as a lifestyle concept, incorporating a record label, a radio show andinternational club nights that stimulated all the senses. During Mark's tenure, Hed Kandi sold over five millionalbums worldwide and his unique A&R and marketing vision helped them deliver a string of Top 40 singles andsignificant artist album sales as he developed an artist roster. In addition, he developed a career as a radio DJ,creating the weekly Hed Kandi Radio Show broadcast onJAZZFM/Smooth FM and the Galaxy network in the UK and throughsyndications around the world.

Fierce Angel events have taken place in a wide variety of venues, such as the Hilton Hotel in theDominican Republic, where a music-loving and easy on the eye crowd danced the night away in a beautiful Caribbeansetting. In Manila, over 4,000 people enjoyed the sounds of Mark Doyle and Bonnie Bailey live and in Lisbon, theFierce Angel dancing girls were dressed identically to the latest CD cover girl and ribbon dancers and drag queensentertained the crowd on floor to ceiling scaffolding.
Closer to home at the Panama club in Amsterdam, the crowd were treated to a display of heavenlyFierce Angels lounging on clouds above the dancefloor - feeding the lucky clubbers grapes - plus a fullychoreographed dance show. Fierce Angel nights in the UK are always wild parties.
The Tokyo Disco launch at Sin in London boasted a troupe of classically trained dancing Geishagirls plus clubland's most fashionable crowd and a truly memorable atmosphere. Long-standing residencies atRevolution in Reading and Thompson's in Belfast continue to fire on all cylinders, month in, month out.
