About Me

"I TOOK A LONG, DEEP BREATH AND WONDERED AS USUAL, WHERE TO START. YOU START WHERE YOU ARE, IS THE SECRET OF LIFE. YOU DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING YOU CAN SEE. THEN THE NEXT." Anne Lamottwww.invisiblechildren.comI don't know if you have heard about these children in Uganda...but the world needs to know...America needs to know that this is happening. Our lives are too comfortable...too easy...and too self involved. I'm saying these things looking at my own life. People...children...are hurting.I'm just a girl...and I'm on a journey ...I'm learning more about the grace of Jesus each day...what that means and how that looks. Connecting with the Lord was something I used to take for granted...but I've become cynical and distant at times...so now I long for the moments when all of that fades away and I can feel Him.I love Africa..the people, the bright smiles, the simplicity of life and dream of living there someday. whateverlife.com
