bone meal started in 1993 in my bedroom. i would play songs and pat would sing them. we recored them on tape using headphones plugged into the mic jack of my stereo. eventually we got two friends (willie and sean) of ours who were in a hardcore band to join us and we began to practice in willies cousins attic. our first show was at a house party in north jersey. we spent the year rehearsing at stage rite studio's in woodbridge and playing shows in new brunswick and various parties. willie and sean were straight edge and pat and i were drunk everyday so things eventually didn't work out. we enlisted kev for drums and found sol and began playing out again. The songs from the first demo were recorded and mixed at stage rite. the songs from the second were recorded live. bonemeals last show with it's two original members was at Seton Hall University in 1996.
