I would like to think I was a child of the 80’s but in fact I was a child of the early 90’s. If only I were born 2 years earlier I could have been a Gen Xer. But Alas, I’m just a 28 year old who wore spandex and used Aqua-Net 5 years after it was actually cool. Grew up in Upstate, NY. Parents still live in the same house.
Shortly after attending college in Syracuse I packed 3 suitcases and hopped a plane to Seattle, WA. After a little culture shock I settled into the west coast lifestyle, got married in 2004, bought a house and now live in domestic bliss.
I have 2 cats (Xerxes & Persepolis) names come from ancient Persia because we are nerds. 2 dogs - Gozer (the gozerian…get it?) and Han Solo. I love to garden and do home repairs. I love my job working for a small city in their Arts Department. If I were a TV show I would be somewhere between Headbangers Ball and Martha Stewart
