In May 1975 William and Denise Hedley had a son who,unbe-known to them, was about to turn their world upside down...it is a theme that those lucky enough to have met him will tell you that it has continued to the present day!!. Ian william Hedley was born at 6.33 am (GMT)on the 29th May in Chichester,England weighing a healthy 9lb.A naturally beautiful child, he was a crowd pleaser at an early age and it is this gift which has held true and has touched countless individuals across the world. After surviving a "kidnapping" attempt in Singapore by a fake hotel nurse (which turned out to be Paul gadd a.k.a Gary Glitter in drag who later got off this charge on a technicality) Bill and Denise decided it would be safer to bring up the prodigal son in Perth, western Australia.Ian's mother was very concerned that he was 18 months old and as of yet had not taken his first tentative steps,it infact would be another 6 months before Ian decide to walk and this is when his parents got their first major shock. His first walk unaided was across the dining room, straight up the wall and upside down on to the ceiling!!.Due to a mutation in Ians DNA,his toes act as claws and he has the ability to hang from the ceiling ( Lost boys stylee).Rather than see this as a disability Ian has managed to use this strange gift to his advantage. An excellent "breakdancer",Hedo as he is now known has worked with some of the biggest names in the film industry. He was the dance co ordinator on "Zoolander" and "The Full Monty" and has worked with bands such as Triple 8,Scissor sisters and Steps. At the moment he is currently working with a solo artist who feels Hedo's "street" appeal will help him break America. The Hedley family moved back to Chichester (Royal West Sussex) some time later and decided that this would probably be the best place for Ian to fulfil his promise...he would not let them down. The school years past in a flash and the awards mounted up..Bishop tufnell C of E rounders allstar (years 4,5 and 6),Marble janbouree all time champion (86-90),Felpham Community college "Frenchy" winner (year 4),One handed school disco "bra buster" record holder,"Glen madeiros" looky likey competion champion....you name it he excelled in it.After finishing as Felpham Community college's MVP* (see below),Hedo decided that he would do his bit for Queen and country. After leading his class of 93 (tamera platoon)Hedo was posted to Northern Ireland. The troubles were in full swing but quickly a ceasefire was brockered after Gerry Adams lost a "Dance off" against Hedo on the falls road in Belfast(you will not find this true account of events in any history books but being a humble man Hedo had no problem with the respective prime Ministers taking the credit and Adams never lost face in the nightclubs of the Emerald isle!).The rest of Hedo's military career is classified. We pick up the story at the present.Hedo is currently doing his first love which is building houses.Such is the mark of the man that even after all that he has acheived and all the countless individuals that he has "touched" (in more ways than one) he is happy to be amongst friends. He has and always will be a great character who loves to make people laugh and enjoy being in his world. This is the story so far......who knows what the next installment will bring. The only thing i can state is that you would be foolish to pass up an opportunity to get to know this individual.....he is truly special.Dr.S Hawkin(taken from "Times 2",the Times,on 2nd oct,2005)* MVP = Most Valuable Player Get your own free cool template at MySpace LayoutsGet Your Own! | View SlideshowGet Your Own! | View Slideshow
