Band Members: Benoit Delbecq , is a uniquely gifted French pianist and keyboardist. Benoit also creates his own music, resulting in a rhythmically complex, spacious sound that seems to emanate from more than one instrument. He has an impressive performance and recording career of his own littered with awards.Christophe Minck , otherwise known as 'Disco' on the bass and harp, also has a full time career as a composer and producer. He's also a baaaad singer and he plays a mean classical harp.Laurent Levesque is a composer and pianist who works across the music industry from movies to publishing his own music books. Laurent is responsible for all the string arangements and programming on both BigLounge albums. Laurent's job on gigs is to keep all the electronic elements of the BigLounge sound rolling along, but he's also an accomplished piano player, taking the chair on Softly and Sissy's Lullaby. Finally, a British dude joins them as their drummer. Steve Arguelles, another regular performer at Ronnie Scott's. He was one of the founders of Loose Tubes and has also worked in Human Chain with Django Bates. He owns his own record label called Plush based in Paris and continues working with his own project band The Recyclers, with Benoit Delbecq and Disco. Steve and Ashley met in 1979 for the first time. They've stayed friends over the years and Steve is responsible for producing both BigLounge albums, and a scattering of other electro madness tracks.
